Your seat has been prepared following your initial sacrifice. But do not mistake the beginning for the end: the true path starts now, under the silent gaze of the Big Fat Bera who guards the sacred nectar.
To ensure your cup overflows and the sweetness of honey never abandons you, you must understand the rites that turn the living heart of apDAO.
Proposals
Every hive member has the right to present a written offering before the assembly. Within it, they must clearly state the act they wish the collective will to carry out.
Desire alone is not enough: the proposal must be clear, substantial, and written with respect for the balance of the hive.
The Tracks
Each petition must follow one of the four paths of nectar, the routes laid out by our great governance framework.
These paths, known as Tracks, represent the pillars upon which ApiologyDAO’s decisions are built.
PLZ Track – The communal whisper
Used for suggestions, expressing preferences, requesting non-binding actions, or calling upon the Beekeepers or Foundation. It does not require immediate execution.
Tardfi Track – The structural and legal root
Handles key structural decisions within the DAO: internal reforms, third-party agreements, changes to the team, and formation or dissolution of strategic alliances.
Dev Track – The contract alchemy
For modifying technical parameters of the smart contracts that govern the DAO. Adjusts auction settings, fee percentages, entry/exit mechanisms, and more.
Honey Track – The economy of the hive
This track governs fund allocations, treasury investments, revenue distributions, or any significant financial decision.
⏳ Review Period
Each path follows its own rhythm, its own rite. The time for exposure and voting varies based on the chosen track.
During this period, the Beekeepers—guardians of form and order—will examine the proposal to ensure its presentation does not disrupt the ritual balance.
They do not judge the content: they ensure the vessel does not spill before the rite begins.
The Voting
Each member may cast their judgment, placing their essence into the vessel that reflects their will.
The voting ceremony will last as determined by each Track. At its conclusion, the hive’s verdict will be revealed:
Approved, if the will has been clear and firm.
Rejected, if it found no echo among the gathered.
Ignored, if silence weighed heavier than words (abstention exceeds the threshold).
Execution
When a decision is made, the Beekeepers become the executors of the will.
They carry out the mandate under oath to the hive and observe the fruits that emerge from it.
Transparency
No drop is lost without record.
Every income, expense, and movement of the treasuries will be announced in the hive’s public squares: social media and official records will keep every member of the community informed.
Honey is shared—but also safeguarded.
